2. Importing & Publishing Products to your Store

The first and foremost step is to connect your store to Dropshiply before you start importing and then publishing

If not aware then know how to connect your store to Dropshiply here.

If you have already connected your store then you can go to the next step further. Importing products to Dropshiply is also very easy. There are 3 ways using which you can import products to your Dropshiply.

1. Import by Keyword:

Step 1: Go to Product Importer.

Step 2: Here you need to enter keywords in the search box and then click on the Search button. After a while, you will find various products related to your keyword.

Step 3: Now click on the Add to Import List button to import the product to your Dropshiply store.

2. Import by SKU:

Step 1: Here you can import products using the Aliexpress SKU or the Aliexpress Product ID of the product.

Step 2: Either enter or paste the Product ID in the search box and click on the Search button.

Step 3: The Product ID you entered will fetch you the product below. Now just click on the Add to Import List button to import your product to the Dropshiply import list.

3. Import by URLs:

This is a bulk process using which you can import products in bulk to your Dropshiply store.

Step 1: Search the product on the Aliexpress website and copy the URL from the URL bar or you can make a CSV sheet of the URLs and copy all along.

Step 2: Paste the Aliexpress URLs in the URL box with comma-separated. It is mandatory to comma separate each and every URL for the system to work properly.

Step 3: Now click on the Search button to search for all the products you’ve entered. After a while, you’ll find the list of products below and then click on the Add to Import List button to import products.

Publish Products to Store:

After you’ve successfully imported the products to the Dropshiply store. You can now check them on your Import List.

Note: Products imported in the Import List are in your Dropshiply store and not in your Woocommerce store. There is one more step before your product is published in your store.

After navigating to the Import List page you can find the products which you have imported from the Product Importer. There you can edit the product, publish the product to your store & delete the imported product.

Step 1: If you want to edit the product then you can click on the edit icon and edit the product and make it ready to publish to your store. On the edit page, you can modify the title, category, description, images, etc. and many more important product details.

Step 2: You can also directly publish the product to your store from the Import list with the publish product icon. If you’re not satisfied with the product then you can delete the product permanently from your Dropshiply store.

Step 3: All the products which are published to your store are available in the Published Products.
